About This Session

Edition 10 audits are expected to early January 2027, and the changes that matter most land on your frontline team. You need a documented food safety culture assessment plan. You need verified competency records for the people running your programs. And weighted Core Clauses raise what the fundamentals cost you on audit day: a major non-conformance against a Core Clause is worth 7 points instead of 5.
Amit Jagirdar, Director of Food Safety at The Acheson Group, walks through what Edition 10 asks for at the line level and what your team needs to know, do, and demonstrate before your first Edition 10 audit.
