About This Session
FDA is building its framework for AI in food safety oversight. For most manufacturers, the gap between where the agency is heading and where their operations actually stand is bigger than they'd like to admit, and it's not just a technology problem.
In this FSMA Friday panel, Dr. Ben Miller, Dean Brown, and Chris Brandsey draw on backgrounds in regulatory science, enterprise software, and global technology implementation to tackle the questions food and beverage manufacturers are dealing with right now.
What You'll Learn
What You'll Learn

- What makes or breaks AI in a regulated manufacturing environment: data quality, governance, and whether your organization is actually set up to act on what AI surfaces
- How to build the internal case for moving forward and what manufacturers who've started already wish they'd known
