You can’t leave a brand-new review, but you can update your existing one. Just log in to your G2 or Capterra profile and follow the prompts to make edits. While updates help SafetyChain’s presence on sites like G2 and Capterra, they are not eligible for incentives.
Yes. Both G2 and Capterra allow anonymous reviews, and you’ll still receive your gift card from them. To get the additional $20 from SafetyChain, you’ll need to send us a screenshot of your review. Even if your review is anonymous to the public, G2 and Capterra require your information to verify authenticity.
No. G2 and Capterra do not allow generative AI for reviews. If you use AI, your review will be rejected.
