Currently I am the Vice President of Regulatory Affairs for the Safe Quality Food (SQF) Institute responsible for the technical content of the training materials, development of standard guidance documents and general technical document development. SQF is one of the 4 approved standards through the Global Food Safety Initiative and is a HACCP-based supplier assurance code used to certify food safety along the supply chain.
